    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Maintain the needed maintenance in the Resort Rooms and surronding areas.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a willingness to accept the most effective role.</li>\n <li>Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; maintaining maintenance records; following policies and procedures; completing repairs and installing replacement parts; reporting needed changes.</li>\n <li>Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter; removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot; painting; mowing the lawns and cleaning surrounding landscape.</li>\n <li>Completes special requests by hauling files and boxes; moving furniture; setting up furnishings; preparing rooms for meetings; assembling public announcement and audio visual equipment; following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing repairs and installing replacement parts.</li>\n <li>Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures; cleaning counters, walls, ceiling and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; vacuuming and shampooing furniture and carpeting; requesting products/supplies necessary for stocking restrooms and lunchrooms; removing recyclables.</li>\n <li>Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintains lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts; repairing electrical wiring and fixtures.</li>\n <li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>\n <li>$21/hr + based on experience </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have experience in all of the following\n  <ul>\n   <li>Electrical: 1 phase – 110/220 volt; 3 phase -240/480 volt</li>\n   <li>Pneumatics: solenoid valve (24 volt systems)</li>\n   <li>Hydrolics: cylinders, valve switches</li>\n   <li>Sewer lift pumps/motors</li>\n   <li>Water heater repairs</li>\n   <li>Pump repairs (i.e. seals, bushings, packings, & impellers)</li>\n   <li>Sewer cleanout: knowledge and experience</li>\n   <li>AC/Heat/Refrigeration knowledge and certification</li>\n   <li>Plumbing: faucets, flush valves, copper, pvc galvanizing</li>\n   <li>Commercial kitchen equipment repair</li>\n   <li>Knowledge and experience with conveyors</li>\n   <li>Bearing changes and repairs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Required to maintain established performance levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, picking, pinching, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motion of the hands, wrists and/or fingers. </li>\n <li>Very heavy work. Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. </li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: operates machines, such as lathes, drill presses, power saws, and mills where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach; performs mechanical or skilled trades, tasks of a non-repetitive nature, such as carpenter, technicians, service people, plumbers, painters, mechanics, etc.</li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Exposure to environmental conditions such as rain, direct/indirect sun and heat for extended periods of time. </li>\n <li>Subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. </li>\n <li>Subject to extreme cold. Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity. </li>\n <li>Subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity. </li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Subject to sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.</li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.</li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Subject to atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin, such as fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.</li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Frequently in close quarters, costumes, crawl spaces, small enclosed rooms, small sewage and line pipes, and other areas that could cause claustrophobia.<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Functioning in narrow aisles or passageways.</li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Exposure to multiple, high-stress situation at any given time and must maintain a high level of alertness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-ES1</p>\n<p>#LI-ES1</p>",
