This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Beverage Preparation</li><li>Greet customers and provide outstanding customer services</li><li>Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages</li><li>Ensure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station</li><li>Receive and process payments via credit card</li><li>Store Cleanliness &amp; Maintenance</li><li>Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift</li><li>Sweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guest</li><li>Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areas</li><li>Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling</li></ul><p><strong>Secondary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve and prepare food, avocado toast, pastries and muffins</li><li>Prepare avocado toast and other light food items following company recipes</li><li>Ensure food quality and freshness while maintaining cleanliness standards</li><li>Assist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygiene</li><li>Restock ingredients and supplies as needed</li><li>Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations</li><li>Deliver food and drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accurately</li><li>Assist with restocking supplies (cups, lids, milk, pastries, condiments, etc.)</li><li>Keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized</li><li>Clear and wipe down tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and reset dining areas</li><li>Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours</li><li>Help manage to-go and delivery orders as needed</li></ul>",
