Their relationship with the clinic providers depends on mutual trust and respect, availability for real time consultation, excellent communication skills and a sincere desire to mentor and educate. You will:</span></p><ul style='box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 11.5px; color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: \"Open Sans\", \"Helvetica Neue\", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;'><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12px;\">Work full time in clinic treating patients</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12px;\">Act as primary supervising physician for APPs including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in accordance with all state rules and regulations under the auspices of the Medical Advisory Board.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12px;\">Conduct remote PEER protected review of the electronic medical record (EMR) for urgent care, worker&rsquo;s compensation and specialty physical exams including adequacy of history, systems review, past medical and social history, physical exam, medical decision making and documentation supporting the level of service delivered. Review medical records for each supervisee according to state specific requirement or internal company policy.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12px;\">Meet with supervisees in person, via telephone or video conference no less often than is dictated by the Medical Advisory Board.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12px;\">Perform EMR review and conduct medically relevant investigation and adequate summary of findings regarding patient complaints through the Company&rsquo;s consumer complaint system to determine if care was appropriate and advise other members of the healthcare team the next appropriate course of action.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12px;\">Offer direct observations of potential provider deficiencies to the State Medical Director (SMD).</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;
