          "text": "<p>We are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to provide overall guidance and oversight for Workday projects and changes.</p><p>This person will review business requirements, assess the impact of requested changes, recommend the best solution approach, and ensure Workday changes are designed and implemented correctly.</p><p>The role will work closely with HR business teams, IT, technical teams, security teams, and implementation partners.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review business requirements for Workday projects and enhancements.</li><li>Understand the impact of new requests across Workday and related systems.</li><li>Recommend best practices and implementation approach.</li><li>Guide the business on how to use Workday effectively.</li><li>Oversee Workday configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and business process changes.</li><li>Work with technical and integration teams on data flows, APIs, and system connections.</li><li>Partner with security teams to make sure roles and access are properly designed.</li><li>Support project teams during design, testing, deployment, and production support.</li><li>Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Help ensure Workday solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to support.</li><li>Provide governance and oversight for Workday updates&#xa0;and releases.</li></ul>",
