Overview The successful candidate will contribute to the design, validation, and improvement of electronic systems for automotive applications, working closely with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electronic circuits including microcontrollers, sensors, and system interfaces. Create and validate schematic designs according to customer requirements and industry standards. Support product validation activities, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions. Perform root-cause analysis on warranty returns and validation issues. Investigate and resolve EMC‑related problems. Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure robust design performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic circuit design. Strong understanding of electronic circuits, microcontrollers, sensors, and system architectures. Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and product validation. Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues. Experience with EMC investigations and improvements. Proficiency with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner for schematic development. Knowledge of worst-case analysis methods. Nice to Have Experience with automotive design standards (ISO, AEC‑Q, etc.). Familiarity with simulation and lab test equipment (SPICE, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers). Soft Skills Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
