    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p><ul><li>Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks at Southaven docks following established safety and quality standards</li><li>Support receiving operations by separating, organizing, labeling, and staging incoming material</li><li>Perform put‑away of inbound freight to assigned rack, bin, or floor locations using RF scanning</li><li>Transport and stage finished goods for outbound shipment in coordination with shipping schedules</li><li>Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, cherry picker, tri‑loader) safely and in compliance with site‑specific procedures</li><li>Accurately complete material movements and transactions using handheld RF scanners</li><li>Perform routine housekeeping to maintain clean aisles, dock areas, and work zones</li><li>Follow all Emerson safety requirements, including fall protection when working at elevated heights</li><li>Meet department quality, attendance, safety, and productivity expectations</li><li>Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed</li><li>Provide operational support to other Southaven departments during peak or business‑critical periods</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>You take accountability for your work and consistently follow through on commitments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy. You collaborate openly with team members, share knowledge willingly, and contribute positively to team success.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions with limited supervision</li><li>A minimum of one year of hands‑on experience operating a tri‑loader</li><li>Successful completion of Emerson‑required training and certification for powered industrial equipment, including forklift, cherry picker, and tri‑loader</li><li>Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet while wearing required fall protection equipment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and working on concrete surfaces for extended periods (8+ hours)</li><li>Ability to accurately and efficiently use handheld RF scanning devices</li><li>Commitment to following all Company safety policies, procedures, and Southaven site guidelines</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in receiving, put‑away, or outbound shipping operations</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF‑based inventory transactions</li><li>Experience working in a high‑volume manufacturing or distribution environment</li><li>Prior experience supporting cross‑functional warehouse or production teams</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Culture and Commitment To You:</strong><br>At Emerson, we believe safety, respect, and inclusion are essential to how we work.
