    "description": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br />\r\nUnder the direction of the Seasonal Aquatics Supervisor, the Lakefront Parking Attendant is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the upper and lower parking areas at Rosewood Beach. This includes directing residents and non-residents into authorized parking spaces, traffic control, and explaining associated fees as well as customer service.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong><br />\r\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties</strong><br />\r\nInclude, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Check all vehicles for appropriate season pass stickers and direct patrons to the appropriate parking areas.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Advise all non-resident patrons of fee schedules associated with parking and beach access.&nbsp;<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with daily fee transactions when necessary.&nbsp;<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with issuing Parking Decals and Seasonal Memberships.
