Starting Wages for Behavior Consultants will be $26.00 per billable hour. The Adult Behavior Consultant works with adults with disabilities and their teams to find solutions to challenging behaviors.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span><br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Behavior Consultant:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to determine why behavior happens.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Developing comprehensive Behavior Support Plans (BSP) that are function-specific and incorporate positive strategies to support the individual.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions about plan effectiveness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Provide in-person support to the individuals and their support teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Train participants and their support teams on the BSP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with all team members in the development and implementation of the BSP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Writing service notes and quarterly reports indicating direction of progress for the individual.<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Education, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 2 years working with ID/A clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Contingent upon a clean Pa State Police background check.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Hours/Area:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">20+ hours per week</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Cumberland County-Dauphin County Area.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Wage:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">$26.00 per Billable Hour</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Wages for Admin Time, Training Time, Supervision..
