This role drives evidence-based practices, manages data registries and dashboards, translates complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, and fosters multidisciplinary collaboration to implement innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Directs and coordinates activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget</li>\n <li>Implements evidence-based guidelines from committee and data abstraction.</li>\n <li>Manages quality initiatives for service lines impacted by governmental reimbursement models</li>\n <li>Coordinates efforts and activities required to achieve and maintain The Joint Commission Advanced Disease Specific Care Certifications, TEAMS (Transforming Episode Accountability Model) and AJRR (American Joint Replacement Registry).</li>\n <li>Assures data meets all requirements from regulatory agencies and service line societies</li>\n <li>Maintains AJRR Data Registry – abstracts data, reports outcomes and drives change with multidisciplinary teams</li>\n <li>Provides meaningful clinical insight on quality initiatives based on report outcomes </li>\n <li>Maintains dashboards for Service lines impacted by governmental reimbursement models</li>\n <li>Collaborates with providers and team members to drive quality initiatives </li>\n <li>Partners with Finance team to meet expected measure to avoid financial hardship</li>\n <li>Promotes innovation within clinical practice and seeks opportunities to bring new clinical knowledge into practice</li>\n <li>Chairs collaborative team meetings to identify focus items and initiate change </li>\n <li>Develops and executes a multi-year regulatory strategy aligned with organizational goals</li>\n <li>Prioritizes regulatory initiatives based on risk, impact, and resource availability</li>\n <li>Translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Program & Project Oversight</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads and manages multiple concurrent regulatory projects from planning through implementation</li>\n <li>Establishes project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery</li>\n <li>Conducts regular reviews to track progress, resolve barriers, and reallocate resources as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BSN required.</li>\n <li>NJ RN license required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse</li>\n <li>Project management and data abstraction experience preferred </li>\n <li>Three to five years of experience supporting multiple, complex health-care clinical projects, with progressively increasing responsibility, including at least two years of leading projects.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of CMS payment reimbursement models, readmission task forces, accreditation submission and physician support for jump starting new initiatives.</li>\n <li>Successful track record of project results demonstrating effective project leadership and meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology, System Development Life Cycle, budgetary practices, procurement, and contracting.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>CentraState Healthcare System, in partnership with Atlantic Health System, is a fully accredited, not-for-profit, community-based health system dedicated to providing comprehensive health services in central New Jersey.
