You&#8217;ll need to have exceptional experience with Figma and immense knowledge of UI/UX best practices. Most importantly, you need to have best-in-class communication skills - communication will be one of the most important parts of this role, as you will be working directly with the CEO.<br><br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines for your website and landing page design projects</li><li>Leverage user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions</li><li>Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product functionality</li><li>Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional team members and clients to create exceptional designs that drive performance</li><li>Present designs to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design process</li><li>Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms</li></ul><br>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field</li><li>3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for e-commerce/DTC brands</li><li>Exceptional expertise in Figma, as well as other tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, and Slack</li><li><strong>Proactive leadership with the ability to take initiative and defend design choices</strong></li><li>Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills</li><li>Outstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail</li><li>Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection</li><li><strong>Ability to work in US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)</strong></li><li>Previous experience working the graveyard shift</li></ul><br>BENEFITS<ul><li>Competitive pay, always in US dollars</li><li>Work remotely from the comfort of your home</li><li>Health &amp; wellness benefit</li><li>Paid holidays and time off</li><li>Performance and referral bonuses</li><li>Global exposure to the world&#8217;s best companies</li></ul>",
