Specifically, we are looking for:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>2-4 years of hands-on Appian development experience - ideally gained in a consulting, professional </span><span>services</span><span> or enterprise delivery environment - Appian experience is essential</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Appian Associate Developer certification (ACD101) as a minimum; Senior Developer certification (ACD201) preferred or actively being pursued</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Solid understanding of BPM concepts, workflow automation and Appian platform components including process models, SAIL, </span><span>rules</span><span> and record types</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and familiarity with how Appian connects to other enterprise systems</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working knowledge of SQL and at least one other relevant language such as Java; comfortable working with data at the application level</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Good communication</span><span> and problem-solving skills - able to engage with clients and team members to clarify requirements and work through technical challenges</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and comfortable working as part of a structured project team</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience working with New Zealand or Australian government and/or enterprise clients is </span><span>advantageous</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Not an Appian developer yet?</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Candidates with strong hands-on experience in a comparable low-code, no-</span><span>code</span><span> or BPM platform - such as Pega, </span><span>OutSystems</span><span>, ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Apps - are encouraged to apply.
