    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br>Position Summary<br>As a Summer Intern in Capacity Planning with a focus on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), you will play a crucial role in supporting company’s efforts to balance supply and demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure seamless operations. Working with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, logistics, sales, and operations—you will help gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform capacity decisions and enhance our S&OP processes.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br>•\tAssist with the collection, analysis, and forecasting of sales, inventory, and operational data to support capacity planning and S&OP initiatives.<br>•\tPrepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate capacity needs, gaps, and opportunities to key stakeholders<br>•\tCollaborate with different departments to monitor capacity constraints, develop solutions, and support scenario planning<br>•\tParticipate in the S&OP process by preparing meeting materials and providing insights on resource allocation or supply chain risks<br><br><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br>Job Requirements<br>•\tCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analytics or related field<br>•\tStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python<br>•\tExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br>•\tMust be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026<br>",
