The officer's schedule, site assignments, and hours are subject to change based on client needs, staffing requirements, call-offs, and contract adjustments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·Monitor premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.</p><p>· Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff. Ensure that all communication fosters a positive and secure environment.</p><p>·Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site and monitor surveillance equipment, ensuring adherence to the client’s security protocols.</p><p>· Accurately document any incidents, security breaches, or irregularities, and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.</p><p>Additional duties may be assigned by your reporting manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent required.</p><p>· Armed License Required.</p><p>· Already have or able to obtain a cannabis agent ID.</p><p>· Must own a firearm with a level 2 retention holster or higher.</p><p>· Previous armed security or related experience preferred.</p><p>· Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.</p><p>· Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.</p><p>· Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.</p><p>· Capability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule and Availability</strong></p><p>· Officers are expected to work scheduled shifts at their assigned client sites.</p><p>· Shifts, site assignments, and schedules are subject to change based on client and SSPG needs.</p><p>· Flexibility is required to work additional shifts, including on-call or emergency coverage when needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>· Weekly pay on Fridays</p><p>· Referral bonus</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
