We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work management, equipment reliability, maintenance cost, performance management, and promoting a team environment between mobile maintenance and other work groups</li>\n <li>Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in all work areas to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors and vendors</li>\n <li>Establishing work relationships necessary to efficiently execute the daily maintenance activities through his/her assigned zone</li>\n <li>Provide support to the Maintenance Department by entering all relevant technical data from completed work orders into SAP eAM to ensure accurate and high quality historical information is captured</li>\n <li>Primary functions include read, interpret and input data from work orders, vendor reports, and other sources and transfer into SAP eAM via manual entry and/or scanning of documents</li>\n <li>Assist Planners with BOM updates</li>\n <li>Create requisitions for parts and services on behalf of the Planners</li>\n <li>Generate work orders based on the highlighted items noted on the work orders by the Maintenance group</li>\n <li>Print orders from the weekly schedule</li>\n <li>Field time may be required to participate in FET</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior office administration experience<strong> preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent planning and organizational skills <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work unsupervised, and understand/follow work standards and procedures <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment and contribute to the success of the Maintenance Improvement team <strong>required</strong></li>\n <li>Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint, and printer operation<strong> required</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with eAM (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc)<strong> preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Demonstrate good safety leadership through Courageous Leadership and proved safe work record <strong>required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-TC1</p>",
