You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greets guests as soon as they walk through the door</li>\n <li>Thank guests for dining in our restaurant</li>\n <li>Maintain a neat, organized front of the house environment</li>\n <li>Seat guests and take initial drink orders when needed</li>\n <li>Assist with opening and closing tasks along with side work when needed</li>\n <li>Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties</li>\n <li>Validate coupons through our software</li>\n <li>Keep record of guests per servers</li>\n <li>Assist servers in bussing tables and overall cleanliness of the restaurant</li>\n <li>Operates registers, scanners, and credit card terminals</li>\n <li>Performs basic math functions to collect payments and distribute proper change</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year of previous cash handling experience preferred</li>\n <li>Team player who looks for ways to help out other team members whenever needed</li>\n <li>Ability to work in high volume, sometimes loud ever-changing environment</li>\n <li>Basic to intermediate computer knowledge</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests</li>\n <li>Ability to speak and write English</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing</li>\n <li>Strong general mathematical skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for duration of shift</li>\n <li>Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs pounds and occasionally up to 45lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed</li>\n <li>Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old, pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p> Full Time Team Members (30+ hours) will enjoy the following benefits and perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>6 Observed Holidays and Holiday Pay</li>\n <li>Health Benefit Insurance Package after 90 days includes: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401k with company match</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Part Time and Full Time Team Members (TMs) will enjoy the following benefits and perks:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 Free Hot Meal per shift and Unlimited Drinks</li>\n <li>Up to 48 hours of Sick Pay for Team Members Under 30 hrs per Week</li>\n <li>80% Subsidized Bus Transportation Options </li>\n <li>Free Covered Parking</li>\n <li>Education/Tuition/Certification Reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year)</li>\n <li>Wardrobe/Uniforms and Dry Cleaning Provided for most positions</li>\n <li>Career Development and Advancement Programs</li>\n <li>Team Member Anniversary Recognition (earn resort credit, vacation trips and more!)</li>\n <li>Team Member Hotel, Retail and Spa Discounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
