You will drive consistent, high-quality media coverage, shape our narrative, and ensure strong brand visibility across key external channels.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main goal:<br></span></p>\n<p>Build an effective PR system that ensures consistent media coverage and increases brand awareness and trust across the US and European markets.</p>\n<p>Establish strong expert and brand positioning for Luminar within the industry through strategic media presence, leadership, and PR initiatives.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PR &amp; Media Relations (60%)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute PR strategy across US and EU markets</li>\n<li>Pitch stories and secure media coverage in relevant outlets</li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors</li>\n<li>Develop strong story angles, narratives, and media hooks</li>\n<li>Own the full cycle: idea → pitch → placement → amplification</li>\n<li>Shape and refine brand narrative for external communications</li>\n<li>Create press materials (press releases, media kits, talking points)</li>\n<li>Align messaging across PR, content, and marketing</li>\n<li>Ensure industry awards recognition</li>\n<li>Introduce proper PR measurement model with clear impact on business</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Events (~30%)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own execution of selected industry events (US/EU)</li>\n<li>Contribute to presence strategy (booth concept, messaging, positioning)</li>\n<li>Coordinate communication with vendors and logistics</li>\n<li>Secure speaking opportunities and event-related PR</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Webinars &amp;
