Bus Drivers drive specific routes according to a set time schedule, perform bus inspections, operate wheelchair lifts, ensure bikes are properly secured on the bike racks, make public address announcements, answer questions regarding route and time schedules in a pleasant, courteous and helpful attitude, monitor and report passenger movements.<span>  </span>Bus Driver must exercise prudent judgment during onboard vehicle operations and failures.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 9.0pt\">Minimum Education &amp; Certifications Required:</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 9.0pt\">Prefer high school diploma or GED equivalent</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 9.0pt\">A current Commercial Driver’s License class “B” license with Passenger Endorsement (P) and Air Brakes endorsement.<span>  </span>All required driver training and licensing to be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
