    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Production Supervisor</strong>, you’ll get to manage a crew of warehouse personnel, manage customer relations, and be responsible for all aspects of operations of the warehouse location, including production, efficiencies, and employee development.  This position fulfills the role of the On-Site Manager in the manager’s absence, so it is vital to the site’s overall success!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Pay:</strong></p>\n<p>$25.00/hr</p>\n<p><strong>Shift(s):</strong></p>\n<p>Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 3:30 PM - 2:30 AM</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>\n<p>Brookhaven, MS</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate expectations and goals daily, weekly and monthly to the employees on their shift</li>\n <li>Promote a safe working environment and helps ensure Safety Standards are met</li>\n <li>Conduct Safety and shift start-up meetings with the employees and establish expectations for them</li>\n <li>Accurately complete daily production paperwork</li>\n <li>Load and unload materials from trailers</li>\n <li>Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility</li>\n <li>Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions</li>\n <li>Ensure loads are secure</li>\n <li>Perform daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment</li>\n <li>Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards</li>\n <li>Must maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets Relogistics standards</li>\n <li>Assist with forklift driver duties, as needed, supplying and retrieving pallets or materials to/from different areas within the warehouse, making accurate decisions regarding the movement of pallets or materials to maximize the efficiency of the location, as well as tracking these movements in a timely/legible manner</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Need</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>3 years of applicable experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution environments, 1 year in a supervisory role</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form</li>\n <li>Experience in MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Forklift, yard truck, and sort machine certification may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday! </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Referral Bonuses </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Long-Term Career Advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, AD&D, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance for Eligible Full Time Employees </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Great Team Environment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It's Like</h2>\n<p>Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America!
