You will be successful in your role by ensuring an orderly and safe working environment for all employees and patients at Signature Health.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED</strong></p><ul><li>May be required to work at various Signature Health locations as scheduled by your Director in situations of critical need.</li><li>Create a safe and secure work environment for all staff and patients by opening and closing building, performing building walk through and setting alarm.</li><li>Perform advanced carpentry, plumbing, handyman and other routine maintenance tasks including basic HVAC/electrical.</li><li>Perform various facility repairs, move furniture/equipment as necessary.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance/inspections and keep proper documentation.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as a team player.</li><li>Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.</li><li>Perform cleaning and related maintenance activities such as clearing walkways and removing snow or debris from sidewalks and stairs in areas within sixteen feet of buildings using hand-operated tools or small power equipment.</li><li>Attend to all facility related emergencies under the direction of the Director.</li><li>Assist with the setup and breakdown of rooms for meetings, conferences, events, etc.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors and contract labor.</li><li>Maintain a high level of organization of the maintenance storage areas and proper record keeping of all maintenance logs and work orders.</li><li>Take classes as required in facilities maintenance methods and techniques, new products, First Aid, CPR, and others.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
