      "content": "\n<li>Lead and control engineering projects from concept through production.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide hands-on design leadership, technical direction, and problem-solving support.</li>\n<li>Drive new product development, product improvement, and customer-specific engineering projects.</li>\n<li>Maintain the appropriate engineering focus across:\n\n</li><li>30% revolutionary product development</li>\n<li>30% iterative product improvement</li>\n<li>40% OEM and large end-user projects</li>\n\n\n<li>Establish clear work plans, priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and performance expectations.</li>\n<li>Review designs for accuracy, manufacturability, cost, quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n<li>Ensure clean handoffs to Production for successful product launch.</li>\n<li>Maintain accuracy and consistency of 3D models, drawings, documentation, and Bills of Materials.</li>\n<li>Identify product performance, quality, and process issues and drive corrective action.</li>\n<li>Build, lead, and coach a capable, accountable design engineering team.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain engineering processes, standards, documentation, and training materials.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the President, Sales, Marketing, and Production teams as needed.</li>\n<li>Stay aware of relevant industry trends, technologies, and design improvements.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Aligned with the company’s core values and culture.</li>\n<li>Innovative, curious, and focused on continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Communicates clearly, directly, and factually.</li>\n<li>Delegates clearly while maintaining effective oversight and follow-through.</li>\n<li>Coaches and mentors team members to support growth and performance.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and technical skills.</li>\n<li>Makes fast, thoughtful, and decisive decisions.</li>\n<li>Makes independent decisions and takes calculated risks with confidence.</li>\n<li>Maintains high standards for quality, accuracy, structure, and execution.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through.</li>\n<li>Organized, disciplined, and highly efficient.</li>\n<li>Takes full ownership of results from start to finish.</li>\n<li>Manages multiple projects effectively.&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.</li>\n<li>10+ years of team management experience with proven success.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead projects from concept through production.</li>\n<li>Strong design experience, including SolidWorks and machine design.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of machining and metal forming processes.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, technical, and decision-making skills.</li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>ERP experience; Epicor preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n"
