Ingenium Schools currently operates charter schools serving students throughout Los Angeles.</span></em></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #ffc000; font-size: 22px\">POSITION SUMMARY:</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Extended Learning Program Coach will develop an enticing, intriguing, fun, challenging, and meaningful after-school opportunity for all students through sports education and training. The ELPC will design the sports activities, programming, and experiences in a way that will fulfill students’ potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. The ELPC will differentiate the program based on the interests and needs of the students, including differentiation for students with special needs, English Learners, and other subgroups of students.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ELPC must be independent and responsible workers who conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, setting an example for children, parents and co-workers by reflecting the schools core values of relationships, equity, transparency, communication and mutual respect. The person selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the ELP Manager and will be responsible for providing an appropriately safe, caring and enriching environment for the children enrolled in the extended learning program (ELP).  </span></p>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #ffc000; font-size: 22px\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &amp; JOB DUTIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Plan, arrange, oversee, and facilitate the extended learning program sports program and learning clubs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Plan and arrange for students to participate and compete in their activity against other schools / leagues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure proper concussion protocol and excessive heat protocols are followed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop, create and implement recreational and enrichment activities </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure students are playing with equipment in a safe manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Implement evidence-based activities to meet comprehensive student needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain open communication with the ELP Manager </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Initiate and maintain positive relationships with school staff including principal, office staff, custodial staff and teachers of key importance to the extended learning programs </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Comply with the “checks and balances” system to ensure that clean-up is done EVERYDAY </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain accurate documentation of attendance, absences and emergency information on each child </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Comply with all emergency procedures appropriate to the site and in conformity with procedures adopted by emergency service authorities to ensure the safety of the children and staff </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain all supplies, equipment and materials;
