This position involves operations at a mobile concrete batching plant located on job sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for batching concrete, working with plant personnel—including drivers and loader operators—and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the plant.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Operate and manage a mobile concrete batching plant</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Work and coordinate the activities of drivers and loader operators</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Ensure concrete is batched accurately and in compliance with specifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Maintain safety and quality standards at the plant</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Communicate effectively with project managers and site personnel</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Experience managing employees preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Knowledge of concrete batching and plant operations is a plus</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Strong leadership and organizational skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Willingness to work overnight shifts and travel to job sites as needed</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt\"><span>·         </span></span><span>Training is available for the right candidate</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Conewago offers many opportunities for growth and advancement.
