This role focuses heavily on inventory planning, demand-supply matching, and product availability, ensuring a healthy and efficient flow of goods across the supply chain.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supply Chain &amp; Inventory Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and continuously optimize reorder points (ROP) to ensure product availability</li>\n<li>Ensure inventory health and optimal Days on Hand (DOH) across all SKUs</li>\n<li>Balance supply with demand to avoid stockouts and overstocking</li>\n<li>Monitor and improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency (inbound → storage → fulfillment)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Demand Planning &amp; Monitoring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor sales trends, identifying spikes and declines proactively</li>\n<li>Align supply planning with real-time demand signals</li>\n<li>Maintain optimal stock levels to support business growth and campaigns</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procurement &amp; Supplier Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request products for market validation and surveying</li>\n<li>Create and manage purchase orders (POs) based on demand forecasts and stock levels</li>\n<li>Track supplier performance and ensure timely replenishment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inbound &amp; Lead Time Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor lead times and take corrective actions to avoid delays</li>\n<li>Ensure inbound shipments are aligned with sales velocity (Inbound vs. Sold tracking)</li>\n<li>Collaborate with logistics teams to improve inbound efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stock Availability &amp; Problem Solving</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and reduce out-of-stock (OOS) rates across products</li>\n<li>Identify root causes of stockouts and implement corrective solutions</li>\n<li>Proactively manage replenishment for high-performing SKUs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities</li>\n<li>Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics</li>\n<li>Drive data-backed decision-making across supply chain operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Commercial, Account Management, and Logistics teams</li>\n<li>Support product launches, campaigns, and scaling initiatives</li>\n<li>Align supply chain operations with business priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Will Make You Successful</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory planning (preferably in e-commerce)</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills (Excel required; Google Sheets a plus)</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Reorder point planning</li>\n<li>Demand forecasting</li>\n<li>Purchase order management</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of inventory metrics (DOH, sell-through, stock coverage)</li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments</li>\n<li>Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems</li>\n<li>Experience managing large SKU catalogs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
