He/she develops the plan in\ncollaboration with Production Planning and coordinates and controls the\ndistribution and management of work to ensure the Company meets the re-delivery\ndate. The Project Manager will make sure that all repair personnel carry out\ntheir respective duties in full accordance to company policies and procedures and\nin full compliance to FAA/EASA regulations and in line with OEM MPDs, and in so\ndoing delivering efficient high quality work with safety being their\nuncompromised priority.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"line-height: 1; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">The Project Manager will have numerous Lead\nTechnician and Technicians reporting to them (numbers depend on Aircraft maintenance\nWorkscope). Personnel to be managed include sub-contractors.</span><div><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><br></span></div><div><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><ul style=\"padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 0px; list-style-type: disc; list-style-position: inside;\"><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Ensure\nthe highest quality service, safety standards and performance, with the\nobjective of exceeding customer satisfaction in the re-delivery of airworthy,\nreliable and clean aircraft, in a timely manner.</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Responsible\nfor direct supervision of the Lead Technicians, Aircraft, Structures and Avionic\nTechnicians, Outside Services personnel with authority to guide and advise\ntechnical activity in accordance with Repair Station Manual and FAA\nregulations.</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Provide leadership and direction, coach and mentor direct reports and their subordinates to consistently deliver excellence in their undertaking as individuals and team players, ensuring high quality workmanship and on-time re-delivery of aircraft.&nbsp;</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Secure\ncommitment and accountability at all levels in execution of both work and\naccurate supporting documentation.</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">In\ncollaboration with Production Planning &amp; Control, Quality Assurance &amp;\nSafety, Customer and Leads, establish project plan for each aircraft to be serviced\nin accordance with the Workscope and respective timeline. Schedule work shift\npersonnel necessary to accomplish the assigned workscope.</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Elaborate\nShift Handover instructions and Work Interruption logs with attention to detail.</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"text-indent: -18px; margin-left: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\">Obtain\ncustomer approvals for man hours and parts as needed.
