The Registered Behavior Technician is a person who has completed the course and passed the test as an RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and maintains this credential annually with supervision and re-certification to meet the requirements of the national Board.&nbsp; The RBT-in-Training is a person hired without the certification, who must obtain the RBT certification within 6 months of hire date.
