Description

Description Job Purpose: To provide expert legal advice and services related to estate planning, including drafting living trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents. This role involves working closely with clients nationwide, speaking at seminars, and collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Draft and consult with clients on living trusts and estate plans, mostly by phone with clients nationwide. Meet with prospective clients to design estate plans and offer services. Consult with existing clients over the phone to review and update their estate plans. Seminar Participation: Speak at live seminars across the country, engaging and educating attendees on estate planning and asset protection. Provide follow-up consultations to seminar attendees to convert leads into clients. Client Management: Serve as a liaison with Anderson's tax and other planning departments to ensure integrated client services. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions. Special Projects: Engage in special projects related to client matters involving estate planning, consulting, and research. Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and best practices to provide the highest quality service to clients. Competencies: Integrity Acts as a role model for ethical behavior. Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in any state. Bar registration must be in good standing 1-3 years of experience in estate planning or probate. Strong public speaking skills and ability to engage audiences. Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in estate planning, tax advisory, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance Metrics: Client Satisfaction: Measured by client feedback and satisfaction survey results. Document Accuracy: Quality and accuracy of estate planning documents. Seminar Effectiveness: Success in engaging and converting seminar attendees to clients. Team Collaboration: Effectiveness in working with team members and other departments.
