You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet the company's objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li>\n <li>Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders</li>\n <li>Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.</li>\n <li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project objectives.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive project progress and resolve issues.</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.</li>\n <li>Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project delivery and ensure profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or project management.</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>10+ years managing medium and large-scale complex projects or programs.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall), tools (MS Project Center / Online), and best practices.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve challenges effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams.</li>\n <li>Excellent overall understanding of various IT projects:  Server and Storage technology (physical/virtual/cloud), Network Infrastructure (WAN/LAN/VoIP/Network Monitoring), Security, Disaster Recovery, Productivity Tools (M365/O365), End User Computing, and Enterprise-wide Applications (Microsoft D365, Snowflake, Power BI, etc).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Clemmons, NC</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-LS1 </p>",
