In this role, you will ensure impeccable pharmacy operations by adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines while accurately compounding, verifying, and dispensing specialty medications. You will conduct comprehensive medication reconciliation within the electronic medical record, identify potential medication-related or disease-state interactions, and complete disease-specific questionnaires. As a key clinical partner to specialty clinics, you will help identify patients who may qualify for GLP-1 therapy, facilitate provider consultations, and follow patient progress throughout therapy. Your ongoing monitoring will allow you to recognize when treatment outcomes are not effective or sustainable and collaborate closely with providers to optimize therapy plans. The current annual compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $144,000. The actual rate within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program as part of its comprehensive and rewarding benefits package.
