Does not typically perform the work supervised</li>\n <li>Must have any type of one direct report or more</li>\n <li>Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors</li>\n <li>Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervises a combination of two or more of the following: machine shop, tool making, pipefitting, masonry, painting, electrical, carpentry or other skilled employees. </li>\n <li>Follows a daily and weekly schedule to effectively assign maintenance and repair tasks and may use a work order system to track work orders.   </li>\n <li>Responsible for training and development of staff, including: estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. </li>\n <li>Maintains a replacement and spare part inventory at required levels.   </li>\n <li>Ensures all work and material handling follow established safety procedures and regulations. </li>\n <li>Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers</li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Automation Calibration. Equipment Maintenance. Failure Analysis. Manufacturing Support. Mechanical Troubleshooting. Numerical Control. Production Support. Refurbishment. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Inspect Repairs. Equipment Repairs. Mechanical Maintenance. Equipment Monitoring. Process Documentation.
