Stonewater is nestled in the heart of the cascades just 30 minutes from the beautiful town of Leavenworth WA. It is an ideal playground during all four seasons. The Maintenance manager is responsible to maintain and improve the equipment, facilities, and grounds of Stonewater. The position is a 40 hour/week full time with flexibility. This position is dynamic and will never be boring, with 158 acres, 10 buildings, and multiple outbuildings. You will get to use and learn valuable skills, be a part of a team, and work outdoors. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Reports to:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> The Stonewater Director</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Supervises:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Volunteers, Seasonal Staff</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Help prepare a place for people to experience God. Develop, oversee, and supervise all aspects of Stonewater’s property and assets, the ongoing cumulative and direct responsibilities include: </span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Leadership:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Develop, oversee, &amp; supervise staff ensuring the fulfillment of the Internal Commitments</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Spiritual Leadership</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">: Will assess, guide and teach in accordance with Gods Word when applicable.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Delegation and Empowerment</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">: Will create an environment of empowerment by appropriately releasing authority to others. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ongoing Coaching:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Ensures each direct report receives timely and accurate feedback regarding their performance, as well as providing appropriate mentoring and coaching to encourage improvement.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Facility Management: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Manages and maintains facility, grounds and equipment in a professional manor. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provides building repairs and safety assessments current with industry standards. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provides upkeep on seasonal facility equipment, systems and vehicle fleet. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Manages water system and related processes with current certification and testing. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Works with program operations in seasonal preparations of facility. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Promotes ministry opportunities with aligned purposes to outside constituents. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Facility Development:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assist in rollout of building phases &amp; property development for program expansion. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Will assess and manage on site risk management and development needs. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assists with expansion development budget, contractors and government agencies. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Increase the scope of strategic business and investor relationships.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Connection and oversight of outside vendors, internal and external work groups. </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Team Involvement: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Actively participate on the local Management Team. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">May be asked to consider joining other organizational sub teams.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Special Projects:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Planning and executing facility or grounds projects within a timeframe and budget.
