Providing good customer service while running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><p>· Set up work areas and perform assigned side work duties outlined in the training manual and any other additional work as told by the manager on duty</p><p>· Assist in expediting food from the kitchen ensuring that each dish is correct with proper garnishes and sauces.</p><p>· Ensuring that each dish is correctly placed at the right table and seat number.</p><p>· Help in performing table maintenance during the meals (i.e. replenishing waters, clearing plates, clearing trash on tables)</p><p>· Maintains all work areas during the shift making sure they stay stocked and ready for the next team member</p><p>· Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.</p><p>· Anticipate guest needs.</p><p>· Advises manager on duty of any member or guest issue</p><p>· Performs proper clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the closing manager along with what is required in the training manual</p><p>· Attends all pre-shift meeting to learn of daily specials and any announcements for the staff</p><p>· Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.</p><p>· Assists with any tasks requested by management.</p><p>· Assists at any other dining area as needed by management.</p><p><br></p>",
