This position is based in Cedarville, NJ and oversees our group home.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary: $58,000- $68,000 </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Devereux Looks for in our Program Managers:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained in a way to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community.</li>\n <li>Responsible for all the staff within their assigned program(s) inclusive of the hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance of each team member.</li>\n <li>Ensure all shifts within the program are adequately covered.</li>\n <li>Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals.</li>\n <li>Plan and participate in group outings for our individuals.</li>\n <li>Manage the shopping for the home’s necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items.</li>\n <li>Schedule and transport our individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#Sponsored</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>You'd make a great Program Manager if you have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's in a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Have a valid non-provisional driver's license.</li>\n <li>Be able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.</li>\n <li>One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.</li>\n <li>Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.</li>\n <li>Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
