    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px\">Job Summary</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Qualifications:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Building Systems Design, only considered for if experience is in this field. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Expected to immediately step in to assist and provide support for all design aspects of assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Shows a strong understanding of the HVAC engineering discipline and can provide immediate support for a fast-paced department. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit, Bluebeam</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Self-motivated, ability to learn quickly, accept responsibilities and take on new challenges as presented.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited 4-year/university preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px\">Job Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Expectations:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Perform project and drawing set up tasks in Revit and AutoCAD by creating discipline specific drawing sheet using the architectural base files</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Independently produce basic &amp; intermediate level HVAC designs using AutoCAD and/or Revit per applicable code under the supervision of a senior engineer</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Independently prepare HVAC engineering calculations required to design HVAC systems, including sizing of source equipment and distribution systems under the supervision of a senior engineer</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Read and learn international and local building codes to assist in producing code compliant design documents</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attend project meetings as need to ensure scope of work understanding</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Conduct site visits to survey and capture existing conditions and author report that illustrate and describe observations and findings</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members in the design and specification development of HVAC building systems</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Execute construction administration duties which include first level responses to RFI and Submittal review under supervision of senior engineering staff</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attend and participate in engineering industry training, events, and/or continuing education to stay current on latest engineering concepts and technologies</span></li>\n</ul>",
