The Home Manager is the primary point of contact for our builder partners, ensuring a seamless, timely and successful delivery of solutions in all product categories. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u>Home / Field Manager Responsibilities</u>:</p><ul><li>Manage multiple projects / subcontractors for timely and accurate installation of products.</li><li>Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams.</li><li>Perform onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers and Builder partners.</li><li>Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc. and provide solutions, changes and / or corrections.</li><li>Follow up to ensure completion, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Home / Field Manager Requirements</u>:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in home construction</li><li>Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints</li><li>Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision.</li><li>Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks.</li><li>Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li></ul><p>We value and rely on the collective voices of our employees, customers, and community to help us build a better company - and world - for everyone. &nbsp; Every voice, every perspective matters.
