Reporting to the Head of AI and Automation and working closely with the IT team, this role acts as a strategic enabler, helping teams unlock productivity, streamline workflows, and embed AI capabilities into daily operations. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to identify high-impact use cases, deliver training, and ensure responsible AI usage aligned with company goals and governance standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Champion Adoption &amp; Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote awareness and understanding of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform capabilities across departments.</li>\n<li>Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and 1:1 coaching to support effective usage.</li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for Copilot-related queries, feedback, and support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Use Case Development &amp; Optimisation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with business units to identify, prioritise, and implement AI-enhanced workflows.</li>\n<li>Design and deliver automation solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.</li>\n<li>Monitor usage patterns and continuously refine processes to improve outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Best Practices</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure AI usage complies with data security, privacy, and governance policies.</li>\n<li>Work with IT and Security to manage permissions, integrations, and updates.</li>\n<li>Document and share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and productivity improvements.</li>\n<li>Provide regular reports to leadership on ROI and strategic impact.</li>\n<li>Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in digital transformation, IT enablement, or business process improvement.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint.</li>\n<li>Experience delivering training and supporting change management initiatives.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview and DLP policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, AI-102, SC-900).</li>\n<li>Experience with prompt engineering and Copilot Studio.</li>\n<li>Background in sustainability, operations, or data-driven decision-making.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
