Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be supporting the Sales team by preparing accurate takeoffs, pricing and quotes while coordinating with manufacturers and vendors.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You'll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Reviewing tender forms, specifications, and mechanical construction drawings</span></li>\n<li><span>Providing accurate takeoffs</span></li>\n<li><span>Confirming O’Dell product conformance with project documentation to ensure validity of bids</span></li>\n<li><span>Producing equipment bill of materials</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparing timely pricing for all ventilation products for review by Sales team members</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaising with manufacturers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing</span></li>\n<li><span>Generating quotations through internal ERP software (NetSuite)</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparing submittal packages for ventilation equipment on awarded projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicating with team members regarding new and current projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborating with Sales and other internal teams, as well as external vendors to create positive working relationships</span></li>\n<li><span>Other responsibilities as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A post-secondary diploma from a Mechanical Technology or Engineering program (or related equivalent)</span><br></li>\n<li><span>A minimum of one-two (1-2) years experience in construction or HVAC estimating</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP is considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal</span></li>\n<li><span>The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple and strict deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span>A valid passport and drivers license for travel within Canada/USA for training at manufacturers’ facilities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Accessibility Commitment</span><br></p>\n<p><span>At O’Dell HVAC Group, we’re all about building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
