Resorts to share best practices or lead new initiatives for Alterra Resorts E-commerce. </li><li>The E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for partnering with the DC Manager to implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives in the absence of the Director of Retail Administration.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>Requirements</b>: </p><ul><li>Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and present information in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Organization: Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage time and resources to be able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.</li><li>Critical Thinking: Ability to problem solve and work with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li><li>Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Shopify platforms</li><li>Travel possibility: Yes.
