The data we collect from performance testing and our application of that knowledge to our product is what separates FOX from every other suspension company.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><ins>Position Overview:</ins></strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Supervises workers who are in Bench Assembly or Machine Shop related functions and use hand tools, jigs, and various power tools, precision measurement tools and equipment at floor bench stations, machine operators, materials movement equipment or other related manufacturing positions.</span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><ins>Responsibilities</ins></strong></span> <span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><ins>include but not limited to:</ins></strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Studies work schedules and estimates time to complete orders or specific work assigned to each employee in their established span of control.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders to employees and assigns duties.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Establish or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules using knowledge of capacities of machines and equipment.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Examines assembled or machined products/parts to determine if items meet tolerance specifications</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ensures failed products/parts are repaired to meet specifications.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Recommends measures to improve methods, performance and quality of product/parts and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving work problems.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Trains and evaluates employees on their performance and assist employees in meeting production goals.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Provides input to higher level supervisors and managers on items such as production reports, time and attendance reports, training needs and equipment repair or replacement.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions. </span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">This Supervisor will take on the afternoon – evening shift.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;background-color: white;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to work some Saturdays. </span>&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><ins>Requirements/ Qualifications:</ins></strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum of a high school education</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Some specific training and or certifications in machining, manufacturing or material movement,</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2 years of manufacturing or machining experience</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Strong communication skills both written and verbal</span>&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A minimum of 1 year experience in a lead role</span>&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> We look forward to hearing from you!</span></p>\n",
