In this role, you’ll be both a design leader and market influencer—strengthening our architectural practice, mentoring emerging talent, and building lasting client relationships across the region.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll collaborate with a talented, entrepreneurial team and work across diverse sectors, including Corporate, Aerospace, Healthcare, and Science & Technology. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape both projects and the future of our Building Architecture and Design Service Group.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead impactful projects by guiding multi-disciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers from concept through completion </li>\n <li>Mentor and develop talent, providing technical guidance and leadership to junior staff </li>\n <li>Drive client relationships and help expand RS&H’s presence across multiple markets and geographies </li>\n <li>Champion design excellence by leveraging innovative tools and advancing BIM and design technologies </li>\n <li>Own project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule expectations are met </li>\n <li>Contribute to business growth through client engagement, marketing support, and strategic positioning </li>\n <li>Oversee technical design work, including planning, site analysis, specifications, and documentation </li>\n <li>Conduct field observations to ensure design intent is achieved during construction </li>\n <li>Collaborate with project managers on staffing, budgets, and workload planning </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program </li>\n <li>Professional licensure (Registered Architect) </li>\n <li>5+ years of progressive architectural design experience </li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead projects and build strong client relationships </li>\n <li>Experience in Corporate, Healthcare, or Science & Technology sectors preferred </li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite </li>\n <li>A passion for design, innovation, and mentoring others</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why RS&H?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunity to shape and grow a regional market presence </li>\n <li>Collaborative, people-first culture that values your voice </li>\n <li>Work alongside forward-thinking, entrepreneurial professionals </li>\n <li>Exposure to diverse, high-impact projects </li>\n <li>A firm committed to your professional growth and long-term success</li>\n <li>Employee ownership and opportunity to purchase stock</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
