The program focuses on long-term stability through affordable housing, life skills development, employment, financial stewardship, community integration, and spiritual growth.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Summary</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Transitional Home Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Elijah Rising transitional home. This role focuses on supporting residents as they move toward independent living by fostering accountability, stability, and the development of life skills in a structured, supportive environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Transitional Home Manager collaborates closely with the CARE team and reports to the Chief Programs Officer to ensure each resident is progressing toward sustainable independence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
