This role requires a deeper understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to lead testing efforts for complex features and systems.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and implement scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks using <strong>Tricentis Tosca</strong> and other tools.</li>\n <li>Analyze business and functional requirements related to P&C insurance systems and translate them into effective automated test strategies and plans.</li>\n <li>Perform functional, regression, integration, API testing, accessibility testing across web and backend systems.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality.</li>\n <li>Execute automated test cases, log defects, and track them to closure using Azure DevOps.</li>\n <li>Develop automated tests for APIs, UI, and backend systems.</li>\n <li>Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test scripts.</li>\n <li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.</li>\n <li>Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.</li>\n <li>Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across QA teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the P&C insurance domain</li>\n <li>3–5 years of experience in test automation.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in automation tools including <strong>Tricentis Tosca</strong>, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in SQL for backend/database testing.</li>\n <li>Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.</li>\n <li>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Agile QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Optional Certifications (Preferred but not required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2</strong></li>\n <li>ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer</li>\n <li>Certified Agile Tester (CAT)</li>\n <li>Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE)</li>\n <li>Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p>\n<p>$56,000.00 - $130,000.00</p>\n<p>The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range </strong><strong>$56,000.00 - $130,000.00 </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate.
