You will research, develop, and implement tailored recruitment strategies that reach a broad and diverse pool of candidates while building strong relationships with universities, external organizations, and community groups to expand the talent pipeline. In partnership with stakeholders, the talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants, and hiring managers, you will help shape recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and interview processes that reflect our organizational values. You will conduct screening discussions to assess candidates’ qualifications and maintain ongoing engagement with passive talent for future hiring needs.
