You won't just be maintaining pipelines or reacting to incidents. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You'll work directly with our client, communicate in English</span>, take ownership of your infrastructure, and be trusted to make decisions independently.<br><br></p>\n<p>We're hiring for 15 openings and moving fast. But attitude, communication, ownership, and the drive to keep learning on your own are things you need to bring from day one.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we value most</span><br>• Ownership and strong communication<br>• Fluent English for direct client interaction<br>• Curiosity and self-learning<br>• Smart use of AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code in your daily workflow<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tech stack</span></p>\n<p>• CI/CD: GitHub Actions or equivalent; deployment strategies including blue/green, canary, and rolling</p>\n<p>• Cloud: AWS (primary) — EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, VPC, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch</p>\n<p>• Containers &amp; orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), ECSIaC: Terraform (multi-environment, multi-account configurations)</p>\n<p>• GitOps: FluxCD (current), ArgoCD (under evaluation)</p>\n<p>• Monitoring &amp; observability: Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or New Relic; includes dashboards, alerting, log pipelines, and SLO tracking</p>\n<p>• Secrets management: AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, or equivalent</p>\n<p>• Networking: DNS, TLS, VPN, load balancing, VPC/subnet design</p>\n<p>• Linux, Bash scripting, Git</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>You don't need to know everything.
