We develop complex, radiation effects mitigated, designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Trident is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the development, deployment, automation, and maintenance of software infrastructure across engineering programs. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in Linux, scripting, networking, CI/CD, and cloud or virtualized environments.</p><p>The DevOps Engineer will work closely with software, firmware, systems engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and test teams to help improve build pipelines, deployment processes, development environments, and infrastructure reliability.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:9.0pt;\"><strong>CI/CD and Automation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Support, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for software and firmware projects.</li><li>Assist with automated builds, testing, packaging, and deployment workflows.</li><li>Help troubleshoot failed builds, pipeline errors, and environment issues.</li><li>Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive engineering and infrastructure tasks.</li><li>Support version control workflows using tools such as Git.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:9.0pt;\"><strong>Infrastructure Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist with setup and maintenance of development, test, and deployment environments.</li><li>Support Linux and Windows server environments.</li><li>Help manage virtual machines, containers, and related infrastructure.</li><li>Assist with configuration management and environment documentation.</li><li>Support infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:9.0pt;\"><strong>Cloud, Virtualization, and Containers</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Support cloud-based infrastructure in environments such as Azure or AWS.</li><li>Assist with containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies.</li><li>Help maintain virtualized environments using tools such as VMware ESXi or equivalent.</li><li>Support basic infrastructure-as-code practices where applicable.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:9.0pt;\"><strong>Security and Compliance Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow secure configuration and access control practices.</li><li>Assist with patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening activities.</li><li>Support cybersecurity and compliance requirements for engineering environments.</li><li>Help maintain documentation needed for audits, reviews, or customer deliverables.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:9.0pt;\"><strong>Engineering Team Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work with software and firmware engineers to resolve build, integration, and environment issues.</li><li>Support test environments used for integration, verification, and release activities.</li><li>Help improve developer productivity through better tools, automation, and documentation.</li><li>Participate in troubleshooting activities across software, infrastructure, and network boundaries</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related technical field;
