Production shiftschedules are 12 hours (36/48 per week), require working every other weekend and scheduled holidays<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>Safety:<br>• Serves as safety champion to promote safe behavior and wellness for the shift<br>• Active participant on the Safety Committee; Trains, supports and enforces safety policy & procedures.<br>Personnel:<br>• Staffing –Coordinating coverage and line assignments.<br>• Payroll – Approve employee time & attendance in ADP.<br>• Personnel evaluation & development – Participates in employee performance review process; Identifies trainingneeds and ensures training is provided.<br>• Disciplinary – Responsible for enforcing company policies and disciplining employees accordingly.<br>• Training and Development – Insures personnel are trained for current and future roles.<br>Quality & Product Output:<br>•Oversees quality testing on samples; Trains appropriately.<br>Facility:<br>• On-site contact person after hours for emergency purposes (fire, burglar, accidents, etc.)<br>• Facility & system management (Alarm system maintenance & contact, understanding of utilities, etc.)<br><br>Profile and Background:<br><br>• A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Professional demeanor with attention to detail in a fast pace work environment.•Experience in plastic extrusion industry preferred.<br> <p>Excellent Pay and Benefits package:</p><ul><li>Medical, Dental and Vision benefits</li><li>401(k) retirement savings program</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Employee assistance programs</li></ul><br> ",
