This position will work closely with our existing air team on renewals of existing sites air permits, and regulatory-required air reporting including air emission inventories, deviation reporting, and compliance certifications. The Environmental Engineer will also work with the environmental compliance team to assist with day-to-day air compliance and provide air support to operations, engineering, and project management.</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assists in the compiling and reviewing for submittals of air permit applications for sites located within DTM&rsquo;s footprint, including both gathering and transmission facilities across the northeast, southern and midwestern states.</li><li>Assist in discussions with state and federal regulatory agencies to negotiates flexible air permits.</li><li>Assists in compiling, reviewing and submitting air emission inventories to various state agencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in compiling, reviewing and submitting deviation reports and annual compliance certifications to various state agencies and EPA.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in data gathering and reviews regarding the development of greenhouse gas emission calculations for the company footprint for sustainability reporting and reporting to various trade organizations.</li><li>Assists in presentations of air quality-related projects to all levels of management &amp; external parties (contractors, customers, etc.).</li><li>Assists with plans to manage air project workflow to meet budgets and schedules.</li><li>Assisting in representing the company on air quality issues with regulatory agencies and industry groups.</li><li>Demonstrates a basic understanding and interpretation of air quality laws and regulations.</li><li>Performs all other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or job-related discipline</li><li>3 years of related experience (Level II)</li><li>Possess and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Other Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, primarily Excel and Word.</li><li>Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.</li><li>Proficient communication and people skills.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
