Supervise and support security staff on shift. Prepare and manage shift schedules. Conduct training and onboarding for new guards. Coordinate and participate in Health & Safety meetings. Control site access and enforce security protocols. Complete administrative duties, reports, and incident documentation. Monitor surveillance systems and perform site patrols.</p><p>Work Conditions: Outdoor and indoor work environments. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.</p><p><strong>Shift</strong>: 5-5-4 rotation (days or nights)</p><p><strong>Wage</strong>: $23.50 - $27.50</p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong><br><br>Valid Ontario Security Guard License <br>Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate<br>Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License<br>Valid Criminal Background Check (completed in the past 3 months)<br>Strong communication and report-writing skills<br>Ability to respond to emergencies and lead under pressure<br>Customer service and conflict resolution experience<br>Legally entitled to work in Canada<br>Minimum of 18 years of age</p><p><strong>Experience: </strong><br><br>Minimum 2–4 years of security experience, preferably in an industrial, mine, or energy environment<br>Prior supervisory or lead-hand experience required</p><p></p>",
