You enjoy digging deep into multiple platforms, identifying passive candidates, and engaging them with personalized outreach. You are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping build diverse teams.</p><p>You work well independently, but you also value collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers. You&#8217;re adaptable, data-driven, and always looking for new sourcing strategies to improve your results.</p><h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, ideal profiles, and sourcing strategy.</p></li><li><p>Build and execute sourcing plans for technical and non-technical positions.</p></li><li><p>Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified passive and active candidates.</p></li><li><p>Engage candidates with tailored messaging and nurture long-term talent pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Conduct initial qualification conversations when needed and hand off candidates to Recruiters.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines in the ATS.</p></li><li><p>Track sourcing metrics and share updates with the Talent Acquisition team.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.</p></li><li><p>Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2><ul><li><p>1&#8211;3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruitment Specialist, ideally in technology environments or consulting.</p></li><li><p>Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English&#160;</p></li><li><p>Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.</p></li><li><p>A passion for providing a positive candidate experience.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Experience sourcing technical roles (software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing automation tools.</p></li><li><p>Talent mapping or market research experience.</p></li></ul>",
