          "text": "<p><strong>What you’ll do as Senior Warehouse specialist</strong></p><p><strong>Warehouse Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and physically participate in daily warehouse workflow, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory movement.</li><li>Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, safe, and clearly labeled warehouse zones.</li><li>Monitor order volume, backlog, fulfillment accuracy, and daily shipment completion.</li><li>Support implementation and improvement of warehouse SOPs.</li></ul><p><strong>Inventory &amp; Accuracy</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain strong inventory control practices.</li><li>Lead regular cycle counts and inventory audits.</li><li>Investigate discrepancies and partner with internal teams to correct root causes.</li><li>Ensure product locations, bin assignments, and inventory records are accurate.</li><li>Support process improvements tied to ERP, order entry, and warehouse systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise warehouse personnel, including training, coaching, scheduling, and daily task assignment.</li><li>Set clear expectations for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and professionalism.</li><li>Cross-train team members to reduce single points of failure.</li><li>Help recruit, onboard, and develop future warehouse employees.</li><li>Address performance issues directly and constructively.</li></ul><p><strong>Shipping, Receiving &amp; Vendor Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activity.</li><li>Work with carriers, freight partners, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.</li><li>Ensure packaging standards protect product quality and customer experience.</li><li>Maintain documentation for shipments, receipts, damages, RMAs, and freight claims.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Enforce safe equipment use, proper lifting practices, housekeeping standards, and warehouse safety rules.</li><li>Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, dock areas, ladders, and workstations are used properly.</li><li>Report and address hazards quickly.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable workplace safety requirements.</li></ul>",
