    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Owning the entire DevSecOps stack including workflow, infrastructure, design, and operational processes for a team of developers </li>\n <li>Maintaining and improving existing CI/CD workflows, infrastructure, and tools, ensuring operational continuity</li>\n <li>Supporting and modernizing infrastructure, including both Windows-based and Linux-based environments</li>\n <li>Designing, implementing, and documenting GitLab CI/CD pipelines using YAML and automation best practices</li>\n <li>Collaborating across engineering, QA, and IT to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable deployment processes</li>\n <li>Monitoring systems for performance, stability, and security; resolving incidents and optimizing reliability</li>\n <li>Championing infrastructure-as-code practices and continuous improvement efforts </li>\n <li>Helping build internal documentation, reusable templates, and tooling for ongoing DevOps initiatives </li>\n <li>Performing other related duties and special projects as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-SF1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree required</li>\n <li>5+ years experience with DevSecOps principles, to include any experience being part of an Agile or Extreme Programming development team</li>\n <li>Experience managing and supporting both Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) systems</li>\n <li>Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker)</li>\n <li>Experience with at least one of the following cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments\n  <ul>\n   <li>Direct experience with at least 3 or more of the following AWS specific services preferred like EC2, EBS, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, IAM, and CloudWatch</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience estimating and optimizing costs on cloud billing accounts </li>\n <li>CompTIA Security+ certification</li>\n <li>Highly motivated, self-starter</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team</li>\n <li>Ability to quickly find creative solutions to difficult problems </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience administering servers, backup operations, and systems monitoring in multiple and complex network server environments</li>\n <li>2+ Experience administering Atlassian suite in cloud environment, as well as understanding of JIRA user workflows for trouble tickets and project management</li>\n <li>Experience with automation tools including PowerShell, AWS Lambda, and AWS CloudFormation</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience working with identity access management platforms, especially with security policies, multi-factor authentication mechanisms, DoD certificate exchange, and zero-trust design models</li>\n <li>Ability to work full time at customer location in secure area on classified systems</li>\n <li>Experience with at least one compiled language and compiler tools (ex: .NET and MSBuild, C++ and GCC)</li>\n <li>GitLab CI/CD certification or hands-on GitLab Runner administration (Experience with self-Hosted Git servers)</li>\n <li>Exposure to security and compliance controls in DevOps pipelines</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimal travel required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
